I am convinced that you were right all along.

Just wanted to send you a note of appreciation for the Clean Air Effects electronic filter you installed last month. As you know, I suffer from COPD, which is the main reason you convinced me to upgrade to the electronic system. After just a few days, my quality of life had improved tenfold. Usually, when I wake up in the morning, I would always experience shortness of breath due to the high concentration of pollen in the air. You mentioned "Sick House Syndrome" in your sales pitch, but I brushed it off and didn't take it seriously. Now, however, I am convinced that you were right all along. With the new electronic filtration system in place, my breathing has been normal and I feel healthy and energetic once more. My wife Juanita says she feels better as well, so your exceptional filter must be doing something right!

Continue to be honest with all customers. Expand their business by learning the new Trane in home monitoring system. When a company can call you before you know there is a problem with your unit, THAT'S SERVICE!!!!

Just had a split unit install. They did the whole nine-yards start to finish. The best father & son team ever came across. Very professional very clean. Ever wanting any AC work done give them a call. I rarely hand out 5* if ever there were a 6* rating they'd be up there. Thanks for guys.
